Only Remembered

Turvey Folk are proud to present "Only Remembered: Words and Music for Remembrance", to be performed in All Saints Church, Turvey.
Featuring readings and traditional and contemporary songs based on the letters and memories of local people who fought and died in the Great War - and of those they left behind - it promises to be sometimes poignant, sometimes funny, but always thought-provoking.
Jack in a Barrel are joining forces with local musicians, Turvey Community Choir, The Barton & Royle Singers, and the All Saints Church Choir for this special evening to raise funds for the All Saints Turvey Bells and Clock Restoration Appeal.
With special thanks to Living Archive Milton Keynes for their kind permission to use some of their songs.
Sunday 9th November 2025, 6.00pm, All Saints' Church, Turvey. Tickets £10 adults, £6 under 18s. Available online, in person from Central Stores, Turvey (cash only), or on the door.
